Provided technical assistance in statistics and psychometrics to draft a report on teacher practices in Togo for the World Bank.

Inter-American Development Bank
Supported the Bank's education portfolio in managing a $50 million grant to provide various education programming in Haiti. Also provided technical assistance to the ministry of education to develop an education management information system (EMIS) and administer learning assessments.
